Cauliflower "Popcorn"

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower (chopped into small pieces)
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (good for B vit’s and found in health Food Stores and a lot of grocery stores now)
  • 1 tsp spirulina (purium's spirulina; optional)
  • himalayan sea salt

Method
 

  1. Put cut up cauliflower into a big zip lock bag and add in sea salt, nutritional yeast and spirulina (optional) shake till well coated.
  2. Put into a bowl and grab a cool drink and a good movie, eat and enjoy!!
