Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Blend ingredients. Add ice to reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
