Method
- Place all the base ingredients into a food processor and run until smooth. Taste and adjust. Add the optional extras. If you are making mint avocado ice cream, leave the chocolate drizzle and cacao nibs for decorating!
- Pour the ice cream into ice cream molds or into a container and freeze for about 4 hours. Serve and enjoy!
- Melt coconut oil and mix in raw cacao powder and sweetener of your choice.
