  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled)
  • 1/4 inch ginger (peeled)
  • 1 green apple (cored & stemmed)
  • 1 cup pineapple OR mango (cubed)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup filtered water

Method
 

  1. Blend to reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
