Ingredients
  

  • 1 young coconut water and meat (2 cup coconut water and 1/2 cup shredded coconut will also work)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Blend ingredients. Add ice to reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
