Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
  • 3 dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia (ground)
  • 1/2 Tbsp flax (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp maca powder (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place ingredients in food processor and process for 1 minute. Taste and adjust to your liking.
  2. Form macaroons into balls then place in a sealable container, label, date, and refrigerate. Consume within 14 days.
