Coconut Strawberry Popsicles

Servings: 2 big popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries (thiny sliced)
  • 2 cups almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

Method
 

  1. Combined all the ingredients in a large container and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until the chia seeds begin to expand.
  3. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze in the fridge.
