(cut up, use mostly the florets and little of the stem)

purple onion
(thinly sliced)

purple cabbage
(thinly chopped or shredded)

yellow pepper
(thinly chopped)

parsley
(chopped)

olive oil
(cold pressed)

Braggs or Nama Shoyu or Tamari

lemon
(juice of)

garlic
(minced)

honey
Method
Mix all salad ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix up all ingredients for dressing, adjust to taste.
Pour over veggies and mix up. Sprinkle sesame seeds in and mix again.
