Broccoli Pepper Salad FTR

Colorful Pepper & Broccoli Salad

Servings: 3-4 salads

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head brocolli (cut up, use mostly the florets and little of the stem)
  • 1/2 purple onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 head purple cabbage (thinly chopped or shredded)
  • 1 yellow pepper (thinly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
  • 2 oz olive oil (cold pressed)
  • 1 oz Braggs or Nama Shoyu or Tamari
  • 1 lemon (juice of)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. Mix all salad ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Mix up all ingredients for dressing, adjust to taste.
  3. Pour over veggies and mix up. Sprinkle sesame seeds in and mix again.
  4. Enjoy!!
