Cupcake Smoothie Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup
  • 1/2 handful
  • 1
  • 2 Tbsp (raw)
  • 1 cup (unsweetened)
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/2
  • (optional)

Method
 

  1. Blend to reach desired consistency; to thicken, add a banana or the other half of an avocado.
  2. Pour smoothie ingredients into a cupcake tray or silicone cupcake holders then top with berries and freeze.
  3. When ready, place bottom of cupcake pan in warm water for a couple of seconds to help release the cupcakes.
