Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 handful spinach
  • 3 dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice (or coconut vinegar)
  • 1/4 inch ginger
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water

Method
 

  1. Blend ingredients. Add ice to reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
