Eggless Salad Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (soaked 1 hour)
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 Tbsp almond milk (add more for desired consistency)
  • 1/2 Tbsp coconut vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/8 tsp black salt (kala namak)
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric

Method
 

  1. Drain and rinse sunflower seeds. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Eat in a collard wrap, salad, or on its own. Store leftovers in a sealed container, label, date, and refrigerate. Consume within 5-7 days.
