Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 cups shredded raw coconut unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup mixture (Cocao Nibs, Nuts, Raisins)
  • 1 1/3 cup powder mixture (Ground Flax, Oat Fiber, Ground Chia)
  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Method
 

  1. Combine ingredients (except for coconut oil and honey) into a large bowl.
  2. Heat honey and coconut oil and pour into large bowl
  3. With your bare (washed hands) mixed the ingredients all together.
  4. Make little ball and place onto a tray.
  5. Put tray of energy ball into fridge so they can harden quicker.
