Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup raw spinach - packed down tightly

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender except the spinach. Blend until fully incorporated.
  2. When measuring the spinach, really pack it down to maximize the amount. Add into blender and mix until smooth, about 3 minutes.
