Ingredients
  

  • 2 (peeled, pitted, and diced)
  • 1/2 cup (diced)
  • 1/2 cup (diced)
  • 1 (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp (or lime juice)
  • 1 tsp
  • (to taste)

Method
 

  1. Place Taco Meat Ingredients into a bowl and mash together until well combined. Add a little lemon juice to soften the taco meat.
  2. Place Guacamole Ingredients into a bowl and mash together until well combined.
  3. Select three large leaves. Add taco meat, guacamole, diced tomato, diced onion, cilantro, and cashew cheese, and enjoy!
