Immune System Boosting Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 small Lebanese cucumber
  • 1 cup spinnach
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 lemon lemon juice
  • handfull sprouts
  • 1 cup berries (optional, thaw if frozen)

Method
 

  1. Add everything to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into jars.
  2. Add berries and puree. Divide equally between jars and give them a swirl.
  3. Enjoy fresh
