Kale Cacao Cashew Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
  • 3 leaves kale
  • 1/4 cup cashews (raw)
  • 3 dates (pitted)
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until frothy and smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Note: If you don't have a high-speed blender such as a vitamix, soak the cashews and dates prior to blending. You may also want to use baby spinach instead of kale.
