Mango Coconut Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (use the light version, it should be thin in consistency)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or whatever normal milk you drink)
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1 mango puree (trader Joe’s sells little packets of it in the freezer section!)
  • 2 handful spinach (or 2 generous cups)
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 ice cube (crushed)

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients to blender in the following order (milk, spinach, banana, mango, peanut butter, honey and ice cube). Blend until completely smooth. Makes one very large and tasty Green Monster smoothie.
