Method
- Add the base ingredients to a blender and whiz until smooth. Pour half the smoothie into one or two jars.
- Add the matcha and spirulina to the remaining smoothie in the blender and process for a few seconds.
- Gently sprinkle the hemp/quinoa/oats onto the first layer of the smoothie then pour the second layer. Best enjoyed right away with toppings of choice.
