Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp coconut vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp white miso
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 garlic clove (add more to taste)
  • sea salt (pinch to taste)
  • cayenne (pinch to taste)

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender (except garlic) and blend.
  2. Add garlic while blending. Mixture should emulsify and gain a mayonnaise-like consistency.
  3. Store in a sealed container, label, date, and refrigerate. Consume within three weeks.
