- In a high-powered blender combine banana, almond milk, vega one, hemp hearts, and ice cubes until frothy and smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- If you want to make the topping, rinse out the blender and add thick coconut cream from the top of a very cold can of coconut milk and blend it until smooth. You might need to add 1 tsp of almond milk to loosen it a bit. Pour this on top of the smoothie and serve immediately!
