Morning Kickstart Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful cilantro
  • 1 lemon (sliced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
  • 3 ginger (slices)
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • pinch of turmeric
  • water
  • ice

Method
 

  1. Place ingredients into a pitcher. Add filtered water and ice.
  2. Let sit for a least 30 minutes or, for a better flavor, a couple of hours or overnight.
  3. Stir and enjoy. Store in refrigerator and consume within five days.
