Orange Carob Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup mandarin orange (fresh)
  • handful spinach
  • 1 tsp carob powder
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp flax meal
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs
  • 1/2 tsp buckwheat seeds
  • mandarin orange

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and pulse for 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Decorate with flax meal, cacao powder, cacao nibs, buckwheat seeds, mandarin orange and indulge. :)
