Peppermint Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1 cup dates (if the dates are not soft, soak them in the water for about 20 minutes)
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder (raw)
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint oil
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and run until smooth batter is formed.
  2. Press the batter in the cling wrap lined cake tin or a container and pop it in the freezer to set.
  3. When the chocolate fudge is firm, cut it into little squares and enjoy. Store in the fridge or in the freezer.
