Pineapple Melon Chia Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon
  • 2 cups pineapple (OR mango, frozen or fresh)
  • 3 cups cantaloupe or honeydew (any melon works
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (or unsweetened dairy-free milk if you don't want the sweetness of the orange juice add to your fruit salad)
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice (optional)

Method
 

  1. Chopped all fruit into chances and add to bowl.
  2. Mix orange juice OR unsweetened dairy-free milk and chia in a separate jar with a lid.
  3. Mix all together and enjoy:)
  4. If you would like to spread out the days you eat this salad, keep the chia and salad separate and add the amount of fruit salad you want into a bowl and pour the chia dressing on top.
