Pitaya Parfait Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mulberries (dried)
  • 4 dates
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 5 bananas (3 frozen)
  • 1 pack pitaya plus
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean (powder)
  • 1 tsp lucuma (powder)

Method
 

  1. In a food processor, pulse the crust ingredients together until a crumble texture is achieved.
  2. Pack the crust in the bottom of a glass of your choosing.
  3. Add sliced strawberries and blueberries in the glass.
  4. Blend all the filling ingredients in a high speed blender and pour into glass.
  5. Top with blueberries, strawberries and more mulberries. Enjoy!
