Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 navel orange (peeled)
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 1/2 cup ice cubes

Method
 

  1. This one definitely requires a high-powered blender because of the pulpy orange, but alternatively you could just do half the amount of coconut water and add another half cup of fresh orange juice to the mix.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and frothy and serve immediately.
