Ingredients
  

  • 2 portobello mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup homemade sun-dried marinara
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp scallions (chopped)
  • 1/4 avocado (diced)
  • 2 Tbsp homemade cashew cheese
  • 3 Tbsp olives (Optional, chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

Method
 

  1. Places portobello mushrooms on plate and add marinara on top.
  2. Top with chopped tomatoes, scallions, avocados and olives.
  3. Drizzle cheese on top and garnish with nutritional yeast and basil.
