Ingredients
  

  • 1 large frozen banana chopped
  • 1 ripe persimmon chopped
  • 1/4 zucchini sliced
  • 1 Tbsp mesquite powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp charcoal powder
  • fresh ginger (a few slices)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
  • persimmon
  • goji berries
  • pumpkin seeds
  • Pomegranate
  • coconut
  • black sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Simply place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, adding enough milk to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
