Raw Vegan Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 Tbps raw cacao nibs
  • 3 dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water/coconut water
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 5 green super hearts
  • 1 tsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 dates
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup water

Method
 

  1. Make green super hearts the day before: blend all the ingredients and pour the mixture in to silicon heart shaped candy molds.
  2. Put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Blend all smoothie ingredients except of cacao nibs until smooth.
  4. Add cacao nibs. Pulse several times.
  5. Pour in the bowl.
  6. Top with coconut, chia seeds, green super hearts and raw cacao nibs.
