Raw Vegan Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g pitted
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp raw cacao or carob powder
  • 1 cup filtered water or coconut water
  • 1/2 cups oat flakes
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • fresh banana slices
  • cacao nibs topping
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • granola topping

Method
 

  1. Mix oats and milk in a bowl. Cover and let it sit overnight in the fridge or at cold temperatures.
  2. Prepare the date caramel by adding dates and water to a high-speed blender. When perfectly smooth take out half of the mixture and set aside.
  3. To make the chocolate sauce, add cacao to the blender and mix until well incorporated. Add a little more water if necessary.
  4. Add the oatmeal to a jar, top with the sauces and fruits. Serve immediately.
