(small organic,or small red apples,quarter)

cucumber
(do not peel, quarter)

black chia seeds
(whole organic)
Method
In your blender, puree until smooth the apples and cucumber with the water.
After this is smooth, add the chia seeds and give it a quick mix and Serve immediately.
