Sesame Ginger Detox Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cucumbers (using a spiralizer or sharp knife, cut into long noodles)
  • 2 carrots (using a spiralizer or sharp knife, cut into long noodles)
  • 1/4 cup onion (red, thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp homemade sesame ginger dressing (click name to view recipe)
  • 1/16 sea salt (pinch to taste)

Method
 

  1. Place the spiralized cucumbers and carrots into a colander and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow to sit while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Once ready, toss all ingredients (including dressing) into a bowl and enjoy.
