Sesame Seed Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (soaked 10 minutes)
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup flax seed (ground)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened (coconut flakes)
  • 2 Tbsp chia (seeds)
  • 1/4 cup honey (raw)
  • 3 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup almond butter (or another nut butter)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Method
 

  1. Add dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well then add wet ingredients into a separate bowl and mix well.
  2. Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix gently with a spoon.
  3. Place mixture into a pan and press down firmly.
  4. Cover and freeze for 1 hour then cut into squares and store in freezer.
  5. Enjoy when you are craving a tasty and healthy treat.
