Strawberry Sorbet Smoothie

Servings: 2 smoothies

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 2-3 spoonfulls hemp seeds (shelled)
  • 100 ml water (more if too thick)

Method
 

  1. Blend all in a blender and pour into small glass containers. Simple and tasty. For those with extra sweet tooth, add one ripe (brown spotty) banana.
  2. Place into freezer and serve the next day.
