(small, adds color and extra nutrition)

Method
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Toss with Garlic Avocado Dressing and enjoy.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Store dressing in a sealed container, label, date, and refrigerate. Consume within three weeks.
