Thai Almond Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup almond butter (or 1 cup cashews soaked 1 hour or more)
  • 1/2 orange (peeled and seeded)
  • 1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar OR coconut vinegar
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 cup yellow squash (chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp ginger (fresh, minced)
  • 1/2 garlic clove
  • 1/16 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp miso (optional)

Method
 

  1. Blend the Thai Almond Sauce Ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add water if the result is too thick.
