Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey (raw)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Method
 

  1. Blend ingredients. Add ice to reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
