Thin Mint Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp cocao powder
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 drop peppermint oil OR 1 mint leaf
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 Tbsp hemp OR pea protein (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl (or blender if you are adding a mint leaf) and mix until smoothie
  2. Pour little disks on a plastic sheet or wax paper and lets sit in the freezer for 10 min. or more. Enjoy!
  3. NOTE: If you add a protein, this treat will be a little more filling and nutritions.
