Method
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom and sides of two small tart pans.
- Stir together the remaining ingredients until very smooth and spoon into the tart crusts. Put in the freezer to firm.
- This is just easy and classic banana ice cream. Allow the frozen bananas to thaw just slightly, and add them and the vanilla to a food processor fitted with an "S" blade. It will take a few minutes, but this will process into a creamy ice cream.
- Serve the tarts with a generous portion of ice cream.
