Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/5 cups water
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder (raw, plant based)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp golden flax seeds
  • 1 inch ginger (cubed)
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
