Vanilla Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup nut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 3/4 cup raw pumpkin puree (recipe below)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 inch fresh ginger (peeleed)
  • pinch cloves (ground)
  • pinch nutmeg (ground)
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 cups pumpkin (chopped)
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup water

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until pureed.
