Vegan Cashew Sour Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashews (raw, soaked at least 3 hours)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or water)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Method
 

  1. Drain and rinse the cashews. In a vitamix or high powered blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  2. Keeps up to 7 days in the fridge.
