  1. Add dry ingredients into a bowl and mix well then add wet ingredients into a separate bowl and mix well.
  2. Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix gently with a spoon.
  3. Place mixture into a pan and press down firmly.
  4. Cover and freeze for 1 hour then cut into squares and store in freezer.
  5. Enjoy when you are craving a tasty and healthy treat.

Notes

Note: We recommend eating these bars when chilled, as they tend to get sticky. If you want to eat them later in the day, keep them in a ziplock bag so that they hold their form.
