Avocado Orange Sunburst Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 2oranges(peeled and sectioned)
- 1avocado(sliced)
- 2Tbsppistachios(shelled & chopped)
- 1/2cupmicro-greens
Dressing
- 2Tbsporange juice(fresh is best)
- 2Tbspolive oil(extra virgin)
- 1Tbspapple cider vinegar
- pinchcayenne pepper
- sea salt(to taste)
- pepper(to taste)
| Directions |

- Arrange sliced oranges and avocados on a plate, place micro greens in the middle and top with chopped pistachio nuts.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients, adjusting cayenne pepper, sea salt and pepper as desired.
- Drizzle dressing on top of salad and enjoy!
