Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach (roughly chopped)
  • 1 cup cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas (or snow peas)
  • 1/2 cup carrot (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup onion (red, thinly sliced)
  • 3 Tbsp homemade thai almond sauce OR sesame ginger dressing
  • 1/2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Mix salad ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Place dressing ingredients into a separate bowl and mix until combined then mix dressing into salad and enjoy.
