Ingredients

2 cups bananas (about 2 bananas, chopped and frozen)
1 cup unsweetened dairy-free milk
1 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp raw honey OR pure maple syrup
1 tsp fresh ginger (optional)

Method

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until it turns into a delicious creamy texture. If you have a high powered blender and want it extra creamy, start with a little less unsweetened nut milk and add as needed.
