Method
- Wash and dry collard leaves. Cut the stems where the leaf stops and de-vein the stem so it is thin like the leaf. Example below:
- Place leafs down separately (for small wraps) or stack them with two next to each other and the third leaf in the center and on the top (for a large wrap).
- Add the miso mayo on the bottom of the leaves and add your wonderful Pumpkin Dulse Bites to the bottom.
- Add your tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, and avocados on top then top with your Homemade Miso Mayo.
- Roll collard green into a burrito and enjoy. Roll your burrito in some cling wrap if you plan on eating it later.
