- In a wide mouth jar mix together diced strawberries, grated ginger, raw sugar, basil, and brandy. Muddle the ingredients together for a few minutes using a spoon or fork. You could make this a day or a few hours ahead and let is sit in the fridge until youβre ready to make the cocktails.
- Divide the strawberry ginger basil and brandy mixture into 2 glasses and add 1 cup of chilled prosecco. As an option you can also add crushed ice to the cocktail if you desire. Serve immediately!
