Ingredients Method

Ingredients

1 cup almond butter
1 cup dates (if the dates are not soft, soak them in the water for about 20 minutes)
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp cacao powder (raw)
1/2 tsp peppermint oil
pinch of salt

Method

Place all the ingredients into a food processor and run until smooth batter is formed.
Press the batter in the cling wrap lined cake tin or a container and pop it in the freezer to set.
When the chocolate fudge is firm, cut it into little squares and enjoy. Store in the fridge or in the freezer.
