- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- ½ cup coconut water (or almond milk)
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Toppings (optional)
- Sliced fresh mango
- Banana slices
- Hemp seeds
- Granola or shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add spinach, frozen mango, frozen banana, and coconut water to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if needed — but keep it thick so it holds up as a bowl.
- Pour into a bowl and add your toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
